Return Policy

 

We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return most new and unused items within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost.  You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 30 days of delivery.

 

We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. A small 15% restocking fee will be applied towards the refund; or you may return for a store credit and we will gladly waive the restocking fees.

 Please note that we cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise,  special-order items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Please note that returns will not be allowed after the 30 day time frame.

 

*You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
