Cancel or Change Order
We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. For this reason, all items that ship within 2 business days cannot be cancelled once the item(s) have been purcahsed. For all items that ship in 3 business days or more, we will gladly ATTEMPT to process the cancellation, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by you or by our customer service department. However, you may return the item subject to that item's return policy. Visit our Help Center for more information about our return and exchange policy.
